We are looking for holders of annual hunting licences who are willing to serve on the 30-member examination board for the duration of the district hunting master's term of office (5 years). The appointment is made by the hunting authority after consultation with the district organisation of the Saxony-Anhalt State Hunting Association and the district master hunter. Several new members are being sought in order to strengthen the commission's staff and cover the various areas of examination.
Applicants must have a valid hunting licence and enjoy sharing their knowledge in the various areas of the hunting examination. In addition, personal strengths in one or more of the seven examination specialisations are required. Special qualifications such as training as a falconer, working as a shooting instructor or supervising at shooting ranges are also of interest.
Admission includes attending examination dates and assessing candidates in the respective examination subjects. The work is voluntary, but members receive an expense allowance of €50 per examination day as well as reimbursement of travelling expenses or travel allowances in accordance with §§ 4 or 5 of the Federal Travel Expenses Act.

The application must be submitted to the Lower Hunting Authority by 13 December 2024.
