Business start-up advice in the Börde district

You have a business idea and would like to take the step into self-employment? Perhaps you still have some questions about the start-up and possible subsidies?

The business start-up consultant Solveig Dittmer advises potential entrepreneurs free of charge on their way to independence.

Potential founders, whether in the sideline or main occupation, can take up consultation. This is intended to create a positive climate for entrepreneurial self-employment and to initiate business start-ups. The rational approach is to help people help themselves, which means that advice can be given on business plans, figures, financing and subsidies. The advice will be very individually tailored to the start-up project and the start-up entrepreneurs. The aim is to support viable start-ups in such a way that a foundation for a stable company can be created.

What is organized?

Regular business start-up regulars' tables, usually with specialist lectures,
Monthly consultations for potential start-ups,
Start-up fairs as part of the Start-up Week Germany,
Every third Wednesday of the month from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. a joint consultation of IHK, HWK Magdeburg and the district Börde takes place.

Business start-up qualification in the Börde district (ego.-Wissen)

Based on the circular of the Ministry of Science and Economy of Saxony-Anhalt dated February 1, 2023, grants for the promotion of business start-ups are awarded with funds from the European Social Fund and the state of Saxony-Anhalt.

Since 01.07.2015 the district Börde organizes the implementation of such directive as a measure carrier.

The aim of the implementation of the directive is to create new professional livelihoods by promoting the qualification of self-employed persons. The funding is intended to help increase sustainable start-ups and the self-employment rate in the Börde district. Eligible for funding are founders of new businesses whose company was founded no more than five years ago and whose company headquarters or place of business is located in Saxony-Anhalt.

The grants are subsidies that represent an economic advantage for the receiving company compared to a competing company. Companies in sensitive sectors of the economy under state aid law are therefore excluded from the subsidies.
