Technology Park Ostfalen

The municipalities of Barleben, Niedere Börde, Wolmirstedt and the Landkreis Börde form a special-purpose association. The name of the association is Zweckverband Technologiepark Ostfalen. Within the framework of the objectives and principles of regional planning, the special-purpose association is to contribute to the strengthening of the regional economy and to the stabilization of economic growth, to the creation and sustainable safeguarding of jobs as well as to the creation and development of an economically-oriented technology-oriented settlement, research and development infrastructure. To this end, the "Technologiepark Ostfalen" is to be developed and operated in a sustainable manner. This is in line with the public interest of securing sustainable locations and jobs.
