On 12 March 2025, the Office for Health and Consumer Protection of the Börde district is organising a training day for doctors and healthcare professionals. Under the motto "Health Office Day 2025 - Climate Change and Health", important topics relating to the effects of climate change on human health will be discussed. The event will take place from 13:00 to 17:00 in the Börde meeting room, Bornsche Str. 2, in Haldensleben.

  • "Effects of climate change and globalisation on vector- and rodent-associated infectious diseases" (Dr Carina Helmeke, LAV Magdeburg)
  • "Travel medical advice and climate change" (Dr Constanze Gottschalk, LAV Magdeburg)
  • "As a doctor in the paediatric and youth medical service - (not) just a reserve option for paediatricians ...?" (Dr Matthias Magnus, Magdeburg Health Department)
