The financing of the DigitalPact
The district of Börde has almost 9.9 million euros at its disposal for the implementation of the DigitalPakt. This project is financed with 5,179,512.00 euros in funding from the DigitalPakt Schule and additional own funds from the district amounting to 4,710,251.28 euros.
1. supplementary administrative agreement "Immediate equipment program" DigitalPakt Schule 2019 to 2024 (entered into force on 04.07.2020)
Expansion of the main directive to enable school boards to purchase mobile devices and lend them to needy students who do not have their own devices for homeschooling at home. To this end, the coalition committee of the German government decided in July 2020 to provide an additional 500 million euros to the basic funding of the DigitalPakt.
The Börde district received €632,293.98 in federal funding and €70,254.88 in state funding. This budget was used to finance the following IT equipment for schools: 738 laptops and 447 iPads.
2. supplementary administration agreement "Administration" DigitalPakt Schule 2019 to 2024 (entered into force on 04.11.2020)
500 million to promote administration structures and administrators to take care of digital technology. The administrative district Börde receives proportionally subsidies in the amount of 582.835,50 € and finances in addition an own contribution in the amount of 64.759,50 €. The total amount of € 647,595.00 will be used until 31.12.2024 for the recruitment and qualification of IT personnel for the administration of the schools.
3. Zusatz-Verwaltungsvereinbarung „Leihgeräte für Lehrkräfte“ (In Kraft getreten am 28.01.2021)
500 Millionen Euro, um Leihgeräte für Lehrkräfte zu beschaffen. Das Land beschaffte zentral mobile Endgeräte für Lehrkräfte, um sie bei der Durchführung digitaler Unterrichtsformen im Homeschooling und der Erweiterung der Wissensvermittlung im klassischen Unterricht in der Schule zu unterstützen. Der Landkreis Börde erhielt 779 Laptops als Lehrerendgeräte (darunter HP ProBook, MS Surface Go, MS Surface Laptop, Apple iPad).
