Ms. Janett Hentzschel and Ms. Regina Tolstoluzkaja have taken on the task of breathing new life into the Integration Network.
In addition to this challenge, other areas are also part of the range of tasks of the offices funded by the Ministry of Labor, Social Affairs, Health and Equality.
Such as:
- The recording, coordination and, if necessary, control of care and integration services of the initial care and integration services on site.
- The preparation, further development and implementation of an integration concept for the district.
- Serving as a link between the administration, welfare organizations, associations and initiatives within the migration work.
- The promotion and coordination of voluntary work, especially in connection with the integration pilot project.
- The participation in measures of other organizational units of the district, which can have an impact on the fields of action accommodation, care, integration and social participation of immigrants.
In addition, they act as thecentral contact and communication partners of the district in matters of integration for municipal and state agencies and are responsible for appropriate public relations work.
Neither has previously worked in county government, but both have a background in social science education as a bachelor's and master's degree, respectively. With experience in project and network work, they bring valuable knowledge for the complex range of tasks.
Highly motivated, they are working to fill this exciting field of work with life and look forward to working with all the important partners and actors in migration work and the volunteers who have been involved for years.
Above all, sustainable integration work is close to their hearts, so that medium-term and longer-term projects can also be realized in the coming years.
