Closing week of the Benefits according to SGB XII of the Office for Social Affairs and Integration

In order to clear backlogs, there will be no consultation hours at the Haldensleben and Oschersleben administrative offices in the week from 23 September 2024 up to and including 27 September 2024 in the areas of assistance with living expenses, basic security in old age and assistance with care in the area of benefits under SGB XII.

The department's hotline will also not be available during the week. The areas of assistance with living expenses, basic security in old age and in the event of reduced earning capacity and assistance with care will then be available again for local citizens on the following Tuesday, 1 October 2024 during office hours 9 am - 12 pm and 1 pm - 6 pm.
