Börde County - Staff Council
The Personnel Council, which is responsible exclusively for tasks related to the internal area of the County Administration, is responsible for taking action on the following matters:
- Hiring of employees
- Dismissals
- upgrading and downgrading
- Conclusion of service agreements
- Ordering of overtime and extra hours
- Implementation of vocational training and continuing education
- Regulation of the order in the office and the behavior of the employees
- Measures for the prevention of service and work accidents and other health impairments
